We ship USPS priority mail which may take an additional few days to arrive to you depending on your location. You will receive your tracking number within 3-5 business days from following business day of which your order was placed. This is the shipping time frame for domestic and international orders.

There are absolutely NO REFUNDS. Our hair is carefully inspected before we send it to our most valued customers.

Therefore if the hair does not meet SheWhoWearsHair standards we will then exchange the unworn/unused hair within 7 business days. The hair must be in the same state as when is was purchased and or received no exceptions.
