     2.  Do you offer Refunds or Exchanges?

Unfortunately we do do not offer refunds or exchanges for health and  safety reasons. If product received is defective please email us at shewhowearshair@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you. Please allow up to 24hr response!

 

     3.  How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing of all orders!

 

    4.  Does the hair shed?

 Although shedding is normal, Our hair has very minimum shedding with proper care! Please refer to "Hair Care" section to review for proper care.

 

    5.  How much does your bundles weigh?

Each bundles weighs about 3.5 oz = 100 grams

 

    6.  Can I use oil on my bundles?

Although oil is not recommended, we suggest using small amounts of light weight oil such as Argan oil or Moroccan oil. 

 

    7.   What color are your hair extensions?

Our 100% Raw Indian Temple hair comes in a natural state of a brown color much like 1B or lighter. Hair can be colored to your liking, we recommend professional cut, color and style!

 

    8.  How many bundles are needed for a full look?

For a more natural look we recommend 2-3 bundles. For a more fuller look we recommend 3-4 bundles. Please keep in mind the longer the length the thinner the bundle, that is why number of bundles for use vary. It is all up to the discretion of the customer how many bundles to use.

 

   9.  Can I straighten and curl my extensions?

Yes

 

  10.  Can I color my extensions?
We offer 100% unprocessed virgin hair that can be cut, colored, and dyed.

 

  11.  Can I wash and blow-dry my extensions?

Yes! we recommend you wash and condition your bundles before install! Although you can blow-dry your hair we strongly suggest hanging or laying your extensions flat to dry to allow for the best results!
